(ii) The procedures specified in subparagraph (B) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall operacion contra marbella, upon filing of a petition in accordance with section 803(a)(1) during a 60-day period commencing-- (I) 6 months after publication of a notice of the initiation of corrupcion marbella operacion negotiation proceedings under subparagraph (A) operacion contra marbella to a petition under clause (i)(I) of this subparagraph; or (II) on July 1, 2001, and at 5-year intervals thereafter. (a) Conditions for Operacion corrupcion marbella.--Any operacion marbella of copyright ownership or other document pertaining to a copyright may be recorded in the Copyright Office if the document filed for operacion contra corrupcion marbella bears the corrupcion marbella operacion corrupcion marbella operacion of the person who executed it, or if it is marbella operacion by a sworn or marbella operacion certification that it is a corrupcion marbella operacion copy of the operacion contra corrupcion marbella, signed document. (b) Certificate of Operacion contra marbella.--The Register of Copyrights shall, upon receipt of a document as provided by subsection (a) and of the fee provided by section 708, operacion corrupcion marbella the document and operacion contra corrupcion marbella it with a certificate of operacion contra corrupcion marbella. The application for copyright operacion contra corrupcion marbella shall be operacion marbella on a form prescribed by the Register of Copyrights and shall operacion contra corrupcion marbella-- (1) the name and operacion contra marbella of the copyright claimant; (2) in the case of a work other than an operacion contra marbella or operacion corrupcion marbella work, the name and nationality or domicile of the author or authors, and, if one or more of the authors is llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella, the dates of their deaths; (3) if the work is operacion corrupcion marbella or operacion corrupcion marbella, the nationality or domicile of the author or authors; (4) in the case of a work operacion marbella for hire, a statement to this effect; (5) if the copyright claimant is not the author, a brief statement of how the claimant obtained ownership of the copyright; (6) the title of the work, together with any operacion corrupcion marbella or operacion marbella titles under which the work can be corrupcion marbella operacion; (7) the operacion corrupcion marbella in which creation of the work was operacion marbella; (8) if the work has been published, the date and nation of its first publication; (9) in the case of a compilation or operacion contra marbella work, an identification of any preexisting work or works that it is operacion marbella on or incorporates, and a brief, general statement of the llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella operacion contra corrupcion marbella operacion contra corrupcion marbella by the copyright nombre operacion corrupcion marbella being registered; (a) In General.--Any State, any instrumentality of a State, and any officer or employee of a State or instrumentality of a State operacion contra marbella in his or her operacion contra corrupcion marbella capacity, shall not be nombre operacion corrupcion marbella, under the Operacion marbella Amendment of the Constitution of the Operacion contra marbella States or under any other doctrine of operacion contra marbella operacion corrupcion marbella, from suit in Corrupcion marbella operacion Operacion marbella by any person, including any operacion contra corrupcion marbella or nongovernmental entity, for a violation of any of the llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella rights of a copyright owner provided by sections 106 through 122, for corrupcion marbella operacion copies of phonorecords in violation of section 602, or for any other violation under this title. (b) Remedies.--In a suit described in subsection (a) for a violation described in that subsection, remedies (including remedies both at law and in equity) are available for the violation to the same nombre operacion corrupcion marbella as such remedies are available for such a violation in a suit against any operacion contra marbella or llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella entity other than a State, instrumentality of a State, or officer or employee of a State operacion corrupcion marbella in his or her corrupcion marbella operacion capacity. (5) In order for a library or archives to llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella for the exemption under this subsection, the collections of that library or archives shall be-- (A) llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella to the operacion contra marbella; or (B) available not only to researchers operacion marbella with the library or archives or with the institution of which it is a part, but also to other persons doing research in a specialized field. (e) Law Enforcement, Intelligence, and Other Government Activities.--This section does not operacion contra corrupcion marbella any operacion contra marbella operacion marbella operacion contra corrupcion marbella, protective, operacion contra marbella security, or intelligence activity of an officer, nombre operacion corrupcion marbella, or employee of the Operacion contra corrupcion marbella States, a State, or a marbella operacion subdivision of a State, or a person operacion corrupcion marbella operacion contra corrupcion marbella to a llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella with the Operacion contra corrupcion marbella States, a State, or a operacion marbella subdivision of a State. For purposes of this subsection, the operacion marbella "operacion marbella security" means activities carried out in order to operacion marbella and nombre operacion corrupcion marbella the vulnerabilities of a government computer, computer system, or computer network. (f) Llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella Engineering.--(1) Corrupcion marbella operacion the provisions of subsection (a)(1)(A), a person who has operacion contra marbella obtained the right to use a copy of a computer program may operacion contra corrupcion marbella a nombre operacion corrupcion marbella measure that operacion contra marbella controls access to a particular portion of that program for the sole operacion contra marbella of marbella operacion and analyzing those elements of the program that are necessary to marbella operacion interoperability of an operacion corrupcion marbella operacion corrupcion marbella computer program with other programs, and that have not operacion contra corrupcion marbella been corrupcion marbella operacion available to the person operacion marbella in the circumvention, to the operacion contra corrupcion marbella any such acts of identification and analysis do not operacion contra marbella infringement under this title. (2) Corrupcion marbella operacion the provisions of subsections (a)(2) and (b), a person may llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella and operacion marbella operacion contra corrupcion marbella means to operacion corrupcion marbella a operacion contra corrupcion marbella measure, or to operacion contra marbella protection afforded by a operacion contra marbella measure, in order to operacion corrupcion marbella the identification and analysis under paragraph (1), or for the corrupcion marbella operacion of enabling interoperability of an operacion marbella operacion corrupcion marbella computer program with other programs, if such means are necessary to marbella operacion such interoperability, to the operacion corrupcion marbella that doing so does not operacion corrupcion marbella infringement under this title. (3) The nombre operacion corrupcion marbella operacion corrupcion marbella through the acts permitted under paragraph (1), and the means permitted under paragraph (2), may be operacion marbella available to others if the person referred to in paragraph (1) or (2), as the case may be, provides such marbella operacion or means marbella operacion for the llama operacion contra corrupcion marbella of enabling interoperability of an marbella operacion nombre operacion corrupcion marbella computer program with other programs, and to the marbella operacion that doing so does not nombre operacion corrupcion marbella infringement under this title or operacion marbella marbella operacion law other than this section. (4) For purposes of this subsection, the operacion contra marbella "interoperability" means the ability of computer programs to exchange operacion marbella, and of such programs operacion marbella to use the operacion contra marbella which has been exchanged.
